WINTER MONITORING

Don't return in the Spring to a destroyed boat house and dock. Our services give you peace of mind during power outages and power re-starts. Elite Dock Company offers Weekly and Bi-Weekly monitoring of your dock during those critical winter months. We can help protect your dock investment from costly ice damage by checking and adjusting bubblers as needed for optimum protection. In case of pump failure, we will install a loaner unit until yours is repaired or replaced

BUBBLER SYSTEMS

From a single waterfront dock to a complete marine facility, there is an energy efficient, dependable and durable Elite Dock Bubbler system designed to meet your needs. During the winter  months, ice can wreak havoc on your docks, piers, piles, and sea walls. Bubbler systems prevent dock uplift, as well as pile, bulkhead, and crib damage. All Elite Dock Bubbler systems feature quiet running air pumps with a weather resistant, aluminum housing that enables better ventilation and easier maintenance.
Bubbler systems are an all around more efficient solution for protecting your dock and your environment.

CRIB REPAIR

Over time the natural elements (i.e. ice, water) can deteriorate the wood and hardware found in your docks foundations (cribs).  We can repair and upgrade current structures with new hardware, as a preventative maintenance 
​for longevity.

PAINT &​ STAINING

Preserving your waterfront is an often neglected step.  After your build is complete we recommend using our experienced painters whom have years behind them working in our harsh temperate climate.  Though the summer months are usually the nicest to us, the products that we use must withstand our long winter months.  Once completed your waterfront is now an extension of your home.
